1. The Download the app giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.


2. The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.


3. By downloading the Seat Unique app and creating or logging in to your account through the app eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. You can opt out of the prize draw by emailing <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a>.

4. The opening date for entries is [TIME] on [00.01am]. The closing date of to participate is [23.59PM].GMT on [insert]. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.


6. One winner will be chosen [by random selection] on [DATE] ("Draw Date").


7. The winner will receive two tickets to a premier league match and will be offered some fixture options to choose from at Seat Unique’s discretion. Conditions apply.


8. The winner will be notified by Seat Unique by email (using the email address associated with the account they logged in with) before [DATE] and must respond to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seat Unique within 7 days of being notified by Seat Unique, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Seat Unique will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility. 


10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If the Promoter suspects any entrant of attempting to manipulate the entry process (e.g., using multiple email accounts or other unfair methods), that entrant will be disqualified, and their entry will be void.

14. For Prizes involving Match Tickets
Tickets will be issued via e-ticket prior to the fixture. To use a ticket, the winner will be required to ensure they have the required digital device to download and show the ticket upon entry. 
Each match ticket issued by a Club is subject to their terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the club.
Fixture dates are subject to change.
The prize does not include travel arrangements, including insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (other than expressly stated as being included in the ticket), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
We will not be held responsible for the winner(s) and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason. If you have any additional requirements to accommodate a disability we ask that you make this clear when you claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance to seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the club’s control, based on circumstances, to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.


15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seat Unique will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a> or writes to [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Seat Unique [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL]. In such circumstances, Seat Unique must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 



17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and processed by Seat Unique in order to administer the competition and as otherwise as set out in Seat Unique’s <a href="/privacy-policy/">Privacy Policy</a>. See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

 <li>All hospitality bookings are subject to these hospitality booking terms and conditions (the “Hospitality Booking Terms and Conditions”), the Principality Stadium Ground Rules (the “Stadium Ground Rules”), the Conditions of Sale (the ‘‘Conditions of Sale’’) and the ticket terms and conditions and/or terms of admission applicable to the relevant event (the “Ticket Terms and Conditions”) which are available at <a href="http://www.wru.wales/">www.wru.wales</a> and <a href="http://www.principalitystadium.com/">www.principalitystadium.com</a>, and the Seat Unique terms and conditions of sale (“Seat Unique Terms and Conditions”) which are available at <a href="http://www.seatunique.com/">www.seatunique.com</a>, and in each case may be amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the Seat Unique Terms and Conditions and any of the other terms and conditions of sale applicable to your purchase, the latter shall take precedence.</li>
 <li>Full payment must be made within five (5) days of the booking (or immediately, in the event that such booking is made 30 days or less prior to the date of the event).</li>
 <li>If payment of the full balance is not received in full and clear funds by the dates outlined in Clause 3 above, we reserve the right (without any liability on our part) to (i) cancel the booking and retain any and all funds previously paid by you (for example, any deposit(s) paid by you as part of your original booking) or (ii) request immediate payment by you of the full and final balance that is due payable by you in relation to your booking.</li>
 <li>All prices exclude value added tax (VAT) which shall be payable at the rate applicable from time to time.</li>
 <li>All bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed (subject to these Hospitality Booking Terms and Conditions) until such time as the relevant payment has been received and the booking is confirmed by us in writing.</li>
 <li>You are responsible for the actions of all of your guests and will be liable for any damage caused to any hospitality facility by you or any of your guests. You shall ensure that each of your guests complies with these terms and conditions and with any applicable rules, regulations and directions set by us and/or any other WRU Group Company, including the Stadium Ground Rules and the Ticket Terms and Conditions, as applicable and as may be amended from time to time.</li>
 <li>Purchasing this hospitality package does not entitle you to any advertising or other commercial rights at Principality Stadium. You shall not display any signage or commercial marks or issue any promotional material in the hospitality suite or any other part of Principality Stadium.</li>
 <li>Under no circumstances can hospitality packages or event tickets be re-sold to any third party. Should any packages and/or event tickets be re-sold the booking will immediately become invalid and no refund will be offered.</li>
 <li>You shall not in any way use the hospitality package as a prize or in a competition for other promotional activity without our prior written consent (any such consent as may be refused and/or withheld at our sole discretion).</li>
 <li>Alcoholic beverages shall only be served to over persons over 18 years of age. Non-alcoholic alternatives will also be available. We reserve the right to request proof of age for any persons who appear to be under 25 years of age.</li>
 <li>We give no guarantee that the event will take place or take place in its advertised format. We draw your attention, in particular, to the COVID-19 Terms and Conditions that are included within the Ticket Terms and Conditions. Where an event is re-scheduled, the booking will become valid for the re-scheduled event except in the case of the re-scheduled event taking place at an alternative venue whereupon refunds or rebates will be given at our discretion. You are advised to take out your own insurance to cover such risks and associated costs.</li>
 <li>Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and events but packages may be altered or dates changed for any reason which we in our absolute discretion shall consider to be necessary from time to time. We shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil any obligation if fulfilment is delayed or hindered or prevented by for any reason that is beyond our control.</li>
 <li>To gain admission to the event, the lead booker must bring a valid photographic form of identification (either a driving licence or passport) which matches the name on the booking. Failure to provide this may result in refusal of admission to the event.</li>
 <li>To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you in contact, tort or otherwise including negligence (save for any liability arising from death or personal injury due to negligence which shall be unlimited) for loss of business revenue, profits, anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the performance or breach of this agreement, nor shall we be liable for any loss or damage to your property and / or possessions or those of your guests.</li>
 <li>Without prejudice to any other limitation or exclusion of liability, our total liability to you (save for any liability arising from death or personal injury due to our negligence, which shall be unlimited) shall not exceed the cost of your hospitality package.</li>
 <li>All personal information you provide will be used strictly in accordance with the WRU Group Privacy Policy, available at <a href="https://www.wru.wales/privacy-policy/">https://www.wru.wales/privacy-policy/</a>.</li>
 <li>These Hospitality Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English and Welsh law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.</li>
 <li>Failure to adhere to these Hospitality Booking Terms and Conditions or any other rules, regulations or directions set by us or any other WRU Group Company or any behaviour by you or any of your guests which is otherwise considered by us to be inappropriate may lead to you and/or any of your guests being asked to leave the premises without refund and may also preclude you and/or any of your guests from attending any future event(s) at Principality Stadium (as may be solely determined by us or any other WRU Group Company.</li>
